If I join the company do I work for Zilis?

No we are independent ambassadors, but the network of people and the support from the company is superior . 

Do I have to buy in great quantities?

No , but Zilis is a direct sales company that offers volume discounts with tiered pricing.  Buy Wholesale / Sell retail

Do I have to recruit?

You do not have to recruit.  If you have a salon, retail shop, doctor office, visit trade shows you buy wholesale and sell retail.  The company has minimum pricing that you must abide by.

Can I sell on Amazon, Ebay? 

No you can not sell on the these sites.  The company has strict regulations against that.
